Hi Jerry
I tried irfanview and got a little confused with all the choices so I put all aside
for awhile. We had some folks at the house for dinner and showed my friend the problem
I was having. As soon as I showed him your reply about WMV he saved one of the problem
messages to disc and created an icon which seemed to have worked.So,for your efforts
I say thank you so much. My next project? Buy an updated system.
