To answer your question, we need some more details... Is it in the actual 95 setup? or is it at initial boot. If it's during setup, use a 95 or 98 boot floppy. Boot up with CD-ROM support, type "format c: /q" at the command line. This will erase the hard drive of any security setting enforced to disable setup. Then start setup again by typing "d:\setup.exe" (assuming d: is the cd-rom drive)
