It depends on the model of the motherboard.  On mine, it's jumper 18.  There should 
be some kind of table of sorts listing what each jumper is for.  As for the wire 
thing, it should just be a little plastic rectangular-type-thing connecting two pins. 
 Carefully, using pliers, remove the jumper and replace it on the pins described 
to reset on the table ^^
