Hi William, First of all it wasn't easy, good luck and I feel as sorry for you as I felt for me! The first solution did not work for me but maybe it will for you then I will tell you what I finally had to do. First go to the Installation screen from the Start button, open "Software" and "Uninstall" your Internet Providers Software. Reinstall the old version of the Install Internet software and hopefully that works. But since I had upgraded the Internet Explorer in a different language this computer went nuts and it didn't work. So, I had to call my Internet Provider and they sent me a new CD that contained the Upgraded Internet Explorer, once again the old one had to be "uninstalled" and the new one "installed" they told me both times that if this isn't done then it will not work because it can't have two installations. Now it works fine and I have a bilingual computer!! By the way, I had to pay for the new CD, I don't know if you will have to where you live but you have to in Holland. I wish you lots of luck!!
