Try this: Make a bootdisk using the directions
here:
http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
Be sure to follow the instructions half-way down
the page under "Docs."

Now put the bookdisk in your floppy drive while
the computer power is off, then turn it on. It
will boot up on the DOS on the floppy, and it will
attempt to load DOS drivers for the CDROM. Watch
the screen. It will tell you whether it was
successful or not, and which drive letter has been
assigned to the CDROM (usually "R" or "E").

Can you "see" the files on your Win95 CD while in
this DOS mode?

Jerry
