What did you do before to reinstall? Can't you do that again?

Usually when reinstalling Windows people create a back-up of all their personal data, format the hard drive, use a boot floppy that enables CD-ROM support, and then run setup from the CD.

I would recommend copying the whole win95 folder from the CD over to the hard drive before starting set-up from there, though.
