re: upgrading to windows 98 error

here's the thing i don't have any 95 boot disks or the windows 95 disk. how do i
put the win 98 files that are on the disk to the windows file. i can only use commands
and file names to start windows, so what command could i use to start the windows
98 setup program in dos mode?
