re: upgrading to windows 98 error

here's the thing the computer i am on has no floppy drive and i found a gateway system
restore disk for windows 95 & 98, but i can't get the 98 part to work, i'm going
to check if the 95 will reinstall, just in case it works can someone tell me how
to extract the files from the windows 98 boot cd-rom disk.
P.S. i don't have internet availability or winzip (or any other thing that can extact
zip related files.)on the computer that i'm working on, so i need any knowlodge that
can help me.
