Don,

Thanks for the reply.  I did contact HP and
 according to them I need to use the same 
program that wrote the data.  I used the backup 
utility within 95.  So,  I am trying to find the 
correct version of 95 with same tape backup app 
(if this is an issue) and that is also compatible 
with all the hardware.  I thought I had read that 
some versions of 95 are for FAT 16 and others are FAT 32 .
