Perry, The earlier versions of win 95 were FAT16 and the later were FAT32. Applications running under win 95 don't know which FAT system is being used and they don't care (it is handled by the os). I don't remember, but I think the native win 95 backup applet did not handle internal tape drives. I do remember there was a Colorado Backup for win 95 that I had used at one time. If you can't find that, I would try a later version from HP's website, as long as you can run it under w95. Don
