A one time elderly neighbour whose computer (Win95)I used to manage has a problem
with a web site he regularly uses. Whenever he logs on to www.bristolport.co.uk and
the follows the links to Shipping Information and Forward Movements and Guest entry
the site returns an "unavailable message". I have no problems entering using XP but
does anyone have any ideas as to why he can no longer get access. He has been using
this site for many years without any problems and it is the only site he accesses
that gives him this problem.
