Hi Robert:

First, we have to find out what's "calling" for
the DLL file. Start up your computer at the BOOT
MENU (turn on the power, and tap the F8 key once
per second until a black-and-white menu appears).

Select STEP-BY-STEP CONFIRMATION and press ENTER.

You'll be presented with a YES and NO option as
each driver is loaded. See which process is
trying to load when you get the error message, and
let us know what it is.

I'm not ruling out that this is part of (or a
remnant of) some sort of malware infection. Had
any trouble with spyware lately?
