The "different computer" does not have to be running Windows 95. You only need any
other working computer to be able to download the bootdisk-making-executable file,
and then make the bootable floppy disk from it.
You can use a Windows 98/SE/ME/2K/XP computer to make a floppy bootdisk for Windows
95 -- just download the Windows 95 bookdisk-making-file.
