Hi Frank:

There are still a few free or low-cost dial-up ISP
services around that don't require special
installation software like NETZERO does.  The
remaining free ISPs are localized by area.  Check
this forum for ideas:

You want a service that will allow "DUN".  It
works great on Win95.  That's how I connect (via
free DUN ISP) when I'm not in my local Burger King
using their free Wi-Fi (which will also work on
Win95).
