Those so-called 'standards' are highly insecure, and don't support real standards. IE5 is a piece of shit, and severely outdated. Viewing sites with it is a pain.

Then you'd do better to remove IE and OE from it. Before you know it it'll be full of malware at the hands of people that don't follow best practices. Hell, with IE5, even best practices are not enough, I speak from experience.
