Hi Jamison:

Look in your C:\WINDOWS folder for
WINIPCFG.EXE
and start it.  (This is a handy utility.  You may
want to make a SHORTCUT to it and add it to your
START MENU or DESKTOP.)

In the drop-down menu, do you see an entry for
"NETGEAR MA401 Wireless PC Card"?

If so, click on it to make it stay in the
drop-down menu window.

Now click the RELEASE ALL button, and wait a few
seconds.  (You may see a message that says
"already released.")  Now click RENEW, wait about
two minutes.

Either some numbers will show up in the IP ADDRESS
and SUBNET MASK windows, or you'll eventually get
a message that says "DHCP Server Unavailable".

Let us know which you get, and we'll know whether
to backtrack, or look further down the line.
