error codes 00161 and 00163

I have an IBM ThinkPad 380D. I am not sure what operating system is on it. When I
start it up, my screen tells me that I have 00161 and 00163 errors. From what I have
read on this site, the 00161 is the Bios battery and it needs to be replaced. It
was suggested to download the manual. I did that, but it says nothing about replacing
this small battery. Where is the battery, how do I get to it, and where do I get
one to replace the one that is supposed to be bad? Please help.
