Yes, I did, but I felt that your response was generic, and I am asking about a specific
laptop. Additionally, I have no idea where to find a qualified repair shop. I am
not looking to spend a fortune trying to repair this problem. Who does repairs on
an IBM ThinkPad? This laptop is being used as a "picture frame" and the pictures
are shown as a loop. I'd prefer to do this myself, if possible. That's why I asked
for the help.
