cannot reload 95 from toshiba recovery cd

I formatted my hard drive on an old toshiba laptop (225cds pentium 133). I want to
give it to someone - clean. Unfortunately, I cannot get past a password prompt when
attempting to unzip the 225w95b file. I don't believe it is a bios or supervisory
password - as I know these. I am the original owner - have all the windows certificate
numbers, recovery and backup cd's - just cannot get the files unzipped using pkunzip.
