Print driver installation problem.

Hello all ,and, HELP please. I have an old Toshiba notebook with windows 95 o/s. I am trying to add an HP deskjet printer; I have downloaded a driver from HP but installing program asks for ,disk 1, of operating system, these are long gone--. The computer was set up for the printer but the download from HP is a latter version. (8). What to do? Thanks
