It could be something wrong with both of your browsers reading page scripts. Or it
could be the Kernel32.dll driver. Try one more web browser e.g. Opera or Netscape
Navigator, and if that doesn't work, try getting a new Kernel32.dll. I.E. off another
computer. (keep a backup of your original just in case).
Windows will probably delete most of the information and start creating its own inside
the driver, if that works, you know it was the kernel32.dll
