Shut down time/restart time record

Hi All
I am running an experiment using a desktop (486x) with os windows95. The desktop
unexpectedly shut down due to the supply voltage fluctuation.
This stopped my experiment at an unknown time.
I have to run the experiment for a specific period of time.
So I need to know when exactly my computer shut down.
Please help me find out shut down time.
Also if possible let me know how to figure out restart time of my computer.
