We're in "Antiques" zone with this clunker, it seems:

It was in current production while Windows95 was still a popular operating system, but it would've had far fewer devices built into it that required separate drivers . . and that limitation almost certainly included any network devices, so we need to know the device's brand name and model number, I suppose.
