As far as I know the AT command is specific to the NT environment (windows 2000
is NT 5). Have you tried running a batch file which calls the winzip program? I
haven't tried this myself, but I know the old DOS pkzip would work for this....winzip
may not run from the commmand line. Depending on when you wanted your program to
run you could put it in the startup folder so it runs at bootup, or perhaps use the
built in task scheduler (good luck though, I've never had any luck with this program
and disable it immediately). I'm sure there must be some 3d party utility for
running scheduled tasks in 95 if you search the web you will likely find what you're
looking for.
