Windows 95 Annoyances Discussion Forum

Just reinstalled OS (Win-95)(IE-5) and can't download programs from the internet.
When at download site get a small red/white box in upper left corner that does not
respond to mouse clicks R/L.Shows done.
What settings should I change?
