hai
The first thing about is that ur laptop is not booting up. So please first try to
see the bios setting where the hdd is recoging and is it in a proper boot process.
After this please try to get a bootable disk of the same ver of ur win95 or 98, and
try to put
from a:sys c:
this could slove ur problem
