1st, right click the IE icon and delete history and temporary internet files.
If that doesn't work you can search the registry for the url of the home page it
brings up and delete it. It would be in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Internet
Explorer\Main as a "Default" string value.
Or, you can try restoring IE defaults by right clicking the IE icon , then click
properties, and then click programs, and reset defaults. Uncheck "reset my homepage"
if the home page setting in IE is correct.
Or, run regedit and see if it is in the "run" key in HKCU and/or HKLM in Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current
version\Run and delete it there.
One of these should do it
