Personally I use a free program called Startup Cop. It shows you everything you could
want to know about what starts with windows. A nice feature is "Disable". This allows
you to stop the selected program from loading but still allows you to undo this should
it cause any problems. I believe I downloaded it at CNET or ZD. It may be called
"Start Cop". Just run a search for startup programs if you can't find it. Good Luck!!!
