Question about 'Customize Context Menus'...How do I delete items from the Context Menu (right click)

I have a context menu item pointing to a program that has been deleted from the HD.
Is there a Windows 95 folder similar to "Send To" that allows items in the context
menu to be added/deleted? Thanks
