I have a question about How do I install, remove, or re-install one of the components that came with Windows?:

I have Windows 95sp2 but i don't have Outlook Express with it and would like to have it, apparently it was removed as the technician thought i would have no use for it, is there anyway to reinstall it, is it ok to download again Win95sp2 from the windows update. Help for this novice would be greatly appreciated
