Missing Taskbar

Windows 95 Annoyances Discussion Forum

Old Pentium 1--133--with Win95--made by Acer. Lost the Taskbar completely. Tried all the recommended techniques---clicking the margins, etc. to no avail. The Desktop continues to dominate. To get to Start I must use Ctrl-Esc. What did I do to cause this? Can it be fixed? Any suggestions? Thanks. Frank
