I have a question about Windows
says it's "Dangerously Low on System Resources":
When I start my computer -my system resources is
at 64%. How can I bring up the system resources to
80%? I am told several programs that I am not using may be running in the background
in windows 95 and may be using up my system resources. How do I delete these programs
from startup? Will this help
improve my system resources?
