I have a question about How
do I stop a program from running whenever I start Windows?:
somehow i have gotten something called "jethomepage" to load along with my excite
homepage everytime i turn off and logged back on the internet! this "homepage" appears
when i first log back on and comes on the left hand side of my screen. i have tried
everything from searching my registry to looking for it manualling through each file
and i cannot find it to get rid of it (i even went to the real homepage and tried
to find someway of uninstalling it there but with no luck!)! once it is there and
i "x" it out it never returns again until i reboot but it is just a major annoyance
to even look at. can someone please help me out with a suggestion of how i can get
rid of this damn thing once and for all?!
