Peter,
The file you mentioned is not a normal Windows file. It is probably being called
upon on boot up because your config.sys or autoexec.bat files were modified.
Boot to DOS Type CD:\ and hit enter to ensure you are at a command prompt that should
look like this C:\>
Type edit config.sys and hit enter and search the file for a reference to the file
you mentioned. If found either delete the line or add a semicolon ; at the very beginning.
Do the same for autoexec.bat. save and reboot.
Good luck.

ME i could figure it out. But so far no luck.

What you need to do is edit registry and remove following entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\
CURRENTVERSION\RUN\TTFLOAD,WSCRIPT.EXE
(Assuming you removed virus)
As you know, take extreme caution when editing registry...

I went into the registry and deleted the entry, but the message is still there when
I started up the machine.
What else can I try to do?

on windows ME, you go to run on the start menu. run "regedit" and you can delete
the registry entry.

P.S.
My error message reads:
"While Initializing Device VIEXPCS:
Windows Protection Error. You need to restart your computer."
Please let me know if you can help.
Thanks.

This is from a program called Cyberarmor. Do the following:
1) reinstall it
2) Remove it
3) Contact there tech support
