I have a question about Hide all Icons on the Desktop:

I've accomplished this in another manner and wish to undo.... but can't remember where in the registry this was done. Is it possible this can be done another way? I'm pretty sure I got my instructions here, but it was years ago. This sight had a different look.

You can control that with poledit. If you don't have it installed, you can find it on the Windows CD under admin. In poledit, the desktop control is in the shell restrictions area.
