I have a question about How do I get the Windows Update feature to work?:

In Windows 95 each time I boot up I get a message that some settings are being started or updated. How is this turned on or off?

The way I understand it, there is not Internet Connection Wizard in 98. So, what are you talking about?? It supposedly is a STUPID 95 feature.:o\ What's with the adjective, attitude?

Actually, ICW is part of Internet Explorer rather than Windows itself. You can install it with any version of Windows.
