I have a question about Can't access some websites while using a shared PPPoE connection:

With windows 95 i can't find the correct keys in the registry.. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ System\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ Class\ Net\ there are driverdesc for the network cards and but under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ System\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ Class\ NetTrans\ there are several entries and all of the driverdesc are TCP/IP... I assume i should set the maxmtu value for the key that has the network card.. although i do not want to mess around with registry values.. maybe i should give it a shot.

That would be the correct one. It's normal to have several entries under Netrans, as old ones aren't usually deleted. Also, the easiest way to optimize TCP/IP settings is to go to www.speeguide.net and run their tcp/ip check. Then download the TCPOptimizer.exe tool and run it on the pc. Select your connection type and let it change the settings. It works great. I doubled my DSL speed.
