I was given a computer and I let someone try to clean some files and they erased my windows95. The origional owners do not have the disc anymore so how can I reinstall without buying a new windows, please respond thank you,

Sorry to say, unless you can get the files undeleted, you will need a new OS, sometimes computer stores here have the older versions cheap...from Canada but heard Ebay is a good place to get cheap software.
