I have read through most of the forum and because I had the same question. I tried uninstalling my logitech devices, no luck. I didn't have Roxio anything or Adaptec anything but have Nero. I uninstalled, no luck. But I fixed the problem I had. I have Norton Systemworks 2002. I installed all except for Cleansweep and the fax prog. I installed cleansweep and the problem went away.
