I'm using window'95 , having 32mb ram and 4 gb hard disk. I have not installed any new things in my system and my hard disk is having ample of space, but then also it is going very slow. Can you please help me out over here.

Check system properties and see if it is operating in MS-Dos compatibility mode. 
If so follow the procedures on the Windows Repair page at www.95isalive.com
