Question about 'How do get the taskbar and desktop back if Explorer crashes'

Question about 'How do get the taskbar and desktop back if Explorer crashes'

my shell program explorer.exe is unable to load to give me my desktop/taskbar etc.
Neighter does the tasks option help to load this file. Is there another shell program
which i can use and where do i make it the default shell during OS loading. since
I use win95 , the program iexplore.exe can't be used as my shell prg., as it is a
win98 and above facility, I guess. I would really appreciate a response--thanks.

What kind of error is it giving you on boot up?
