Question about 'Replacing Start Menu scrolling with good 'ol multiple columns'

I have a question about Win95 menu columns. My whole list does not show on the pulldown, I thought Win95 creates a new column if it is too full. How do I set it up to change this?

This will add a selection checkbox to the 'FOLDER OPTIONS' "View' tab to
select or deselect the scroll option.

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Advanced\Folder\StartMenuScrollPrograms]
"Type"="checkbox"
"Text"="Multi-Column Start Menu Style"
"HKeyRoot"=dword:80000001
"RegPath"="Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Explorer\\Advanced"
"ValueName"="StartMenuScrollPrograms"
"CheckedValue"="false"
"UncheckedValue"="true"
"DefaultValue"="true"
"HelpID"="update.hlp"
