I have a virus named :"W97M.Class.A.Gen." Can I get rid of this virus by myself? I was hooked up with Symantec.com who e mailed me the page on that particular virus, but I do not know how to proceed with removal...any help!!

Karen, Please ignore the previous post. :( Symantec's site should have either a fix tool or removal instructions. Did you get the removal instructions on the site and don't understand how to go about it? If so, does it involve a registry edit? You could post the instr. or I'll check it out myself tomorrow, when I have a chance.
