Question about 'What to do about error messages during Windows startup'

I have a question about What to do about error messages during Windows startup:

I accidentally deleted the sound file that plays when Win95 starts up. Now it gives me an error saying "sound library is not present." After clicking "OK" everything loads as normal. How can I replace the missing file or get rid of the error/alert message?

Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and Click the Windows set up tab. Click on Multimedia, click Details and uncheck Sample sounds and click OK. Restart the computer and go back to the same place and Check Sample sounds and click Ok. When it asks for the disk, insert your Windows CD, or type in C:\Windows\Options\CABS and click Ok.
