They make Anti-Virus programs now....its just amazing.

Try the free AVG from www.grisoft.com. Make sure to enable the Outlook Express plug-in
on the AVG control panel.

try an anti-spam software. a good one is Mailwasher Pro from www.firebreach.com.
30 day trial available. it's effective, convenient and easy to use.
