Question about 'Troubleshooting Driver Problems'

I have a question about Troubleshooting Driver Problems:

What about failure of LZ32.DLL to run with 32-bit applications? I was invaded by a virus which killed KRNL32.exe (UNREPAIRABLE/DELETED) and cannot locate this exe file in my original source cab files!

KRNL32.exe is not a normal windows file, it was part of the virus, or a result of the virus.
