pci early non vga device shows up in control panel, system devices, other devices.
Computer is a Compaq deskpro. Video is built in Compaq S3 V2 PCI V 1.60
Don't know why windows 95 autodetects this "pci early non vga device" Any help would
be nice, or send me a link for an updated mobo driver.

You are probably running clean Windows 95 install on this PC. Check for Compaq drivers
and updates on compaq.com.
As an example, on
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/deskpro/us/locOsCat/3_2.html
look for "S3 V2 Support for Windows 95" on the bottom of the page, download it and
replace the autodetected video driver.
