Works 4.0 Task Wizards not working.

I have a P/B Multimedia 415, Win 95, Works 4.0.
When I try to use any of the task wizards in Works, I get "Unexpected Error! Quitting."
I can't run any of the templates from Works. But if I open the folder from MY Computer/Program
Files/MS Works/docs/ and double click on the particular template I want, it starts
Works and comes right up. What is wrong? Obviously, the template files are there
and they work, just not properly. I'd like to be able to use the templates directly
from Works the way it should be. How do I restore this? My restore CD is not functioning,
so I can't run setup.
