Hi there all, I have the boot disk for 95 and the Cd and all that stuff I need. when I look at the directory of the A disk, which do I type to start the installing? I did the sys c: thing, tried autoexec, tried command, anyone know what to do?

If you can boot from the CD its the simplest way but if not boot from the floppy and when you get the a:\ prompt type in setup you will need the CD in the CD drive.

Assuming that your CD drive is D: then boot with the floppy and type the following 
MS-DOS commands:

c:
cd \win95
setup
