While I work online, my computer continues to freeze. I can't move the mouse or do anything? HELP!!

Try running Antivirus scan on system.

This may sound stupid but have you checked for the Sasser Virus. That is at least one of the symptoms of it. You can get info on how to run a check at www.microsoft.com/security/sasser.asp That is my first reaction to the problem. Cheryl

Just stating that your computer keeps freezing isn't enough information for anyone to help! There are many possibilities. Programs you're running, spyware on your system, too many programs running, hardware, and so on.

Please provide more technical details. Freezing is caused by many problems. Example, overheated CPU, spyware, viruses, worms, faulty hardware, faulty software, corrupted system files, faulty RAM, corrupted registry. More information will certainly help. Thanks.
